Logging in to check broadband usage

I made many attempts to log in to the member site and kept getting the message: wrong user name or password. I had not forgotten either but I went through the process of getting a reminder of this (just in case). Although I used the correct user name and password I was still refused access to your site.
I hope this is just a temporary blib.

Hi Helmi,
I don't suppose by chance you have another browser you could try using?
There's a possibility it could be cookie related.
