Little bit of help please - 21CN speeds and latency

Hi guys,
A need a little bit of help please this afternoon. We're expecting traffic to be busy because of the Andy Murray semi- final at WImbledon and Brazil v Holland at the World Cup causing lots of people to be streaming it online. If previous patterns are to be repeated it's mainly going to be business users so as the vast majority of our business customers are on 20CN we're expecting most of the traffic to be on 20CN and 21CN to be relatively quiet.
However, some people may have seen an article on The Register about AAISP seeing performance issues on 21CN. We therefore want to try and do at bit more indepth performance monitoring during the tennis on 21CN to see what our customers see.
It would be really hopefully therefore if we could get some people on 21CN to run us a few speedtests, pings, tracerts, provide links to the Thinkbroadband latency tester etc. before and during the games so we can see if we can if any of our customers are similarly affected.

To me it looks like the BBC have turned down the bit rate on the LIVE stream showing the Murray match.

Download speed achieved during the test was - 2913 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 1000-3291 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Assured Rate IP profile on your line is - 3291 Kbps
Note the IP profile is supposed to be 3000kbps
Download tests from TBB are all coming out at around 3000kbps -some just above some just below
Ping tests are rock solid

I have effected a remote reboot on my router, to see if that helps.

Doesn't look too bad but I do note that this is the first time I've seen an increase in the average latency.
