Can somone help me with a Linksys WAG325N Wireless N Router, I brought this router off ebay a while back and was hoping i could use with my plusnet account to boost the signal as I want a better signal in my workshop outside, I use a laptop out there rigged with a wireless dongle attatched to an old sky dish which is aimed at the house to gain a signal, And I listen to internet radio staions through the laptop, amp, and speakers.
I can't really move the orginal thompson router I got from plusnet any nearer to get a better signal, and I am really thick with routers so need a walkthrough guide, Or failing that can anyone suggest another router with more signal power that goes well with plusnet, The reply i got from plusnet customer support was 'The router we supply is a standard b/g connection which is the standard, unfortunately we cannot supply a more powerful router' Any help would be great. thank you.
