Line stats

Hi
I've just been connected to Plusnet and am in the training period. Aside from a couple of disconnections whilst I changed the line filters it's been left connected permanently and all I have done is a few speed tests which showed I was getting 100k download and 360k upload. I also notice my profile has dropped from 7.5mb to 0.25mb. I am in a new house and did find one poorly wired extension socket hidden away. It wasn't being used and has now been removed. NOt sure if this may have been upsetting the apple cart?
Could you take a peek at my profile / line stats. Do you see many errors or anything else odd.

Hi plusnetdan,
Your sync rate is a little over 2100 so I've set your profile to 1800. You should see this in the next 15 minutes. That said, I would expect your sync to be higher for your line length. Do you have a test socket you can plug into?

Am in the middle of a house move so borrowed a lappy to test the connection but didn't have time to grab the stats. Will do so when I can borrow it again.

Would you be able to post the coloured connections activity graph (not sure what you call it) so I can have a look to see how that has been performing to when I know it's been manually connected / disconnected.

Hi Jojo
I have relocated my router into the test socket and it has been there since Friday evening untouched.
Could you now post the coloured connectivity chart to check for any disconnetions.
I also noticed the router sync'd at 6300k when I turned it on so can my profile go higher than the 1800 you amended it to?
