Hi,
I'm on fibre broadband, I'm getting strong upload speeds (16.5Mbps). But my download seems to be limited to 40Mbps.

Hi londamas,
I've just updated the Speed Profile for you. If you log into your router and hit the 'Disconnect' button and 'Connect' again, that should resolve the issue for you.

Current line speed:
78 Mb
I'm getting a max of 62.5Mbps on the speedtest, which is so much better than yesterday's 34!
But why is the IP profile (69.51) quite a bit lower than the line speed (78)?

When changes are made or when you are provisioned you are automatically put on the maximum possible line rate and it will automatically align itself within a couple of days - so it'll sort itself out
