My line speed has gone down from 7 Mbps to a constant 3 Mbps.
Please could someone from Plusnet have a look?

Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect of the router please. It looks like last time your line disconnected this synced at a lower speed, as you haven't had a reconnection since it's remained there. Once you've reconnected, the profile should increase within 72 hours.

I used the reset button on top of the Plusnet Hub One router and now have 6.9 Mbps.
