Line speed 7.15

Hi, I've just been upgraded to up to 20mb, I noticed on the account section that my line speed is still showing 7.15, Will this gradually get better or does someone have to flick a switch so to speak? I tried a speed test and it only got to 6.15mb.

I've performed some maintenance that should make the difference. It will take about 15 minutes to take effect.

Hi Joanne, Thanks, just come in and tested speed on Speedtest.net, its done the trick
        20.94 Mb/s 0.98 Mb/s 28 ms
20.95 Mb/s 0.98 Mb/
Do I have to give it 10 days or is that it?

Hi jono,
You'll be in the 10 day training period, so don't be surprised if it drops down a bit, although that isn't always necessarily the case.
