Hiya as title
Could a PN person take a look please,up until a few days ago i was getting a `fair`3000+` speed for quite a while these last few dew days it has plummeted and stuck @2272

If that is the sync speed it is suspicious because that value is the fixed rate 2Mbps ADSL sync speed. It has been known for a line to be put on this service in error, though it is rare. The fixed speed products are hardly used these days. You need to get PlusNet to check what they are providing.

It is likely that the line is banded as that is the top of one of the banded profiles https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Broadband-Faults-Guide-Banding-Guide/ba-p/1322790

Yeah
Hope this gets resolved soon as even @ 3072,which have been getting,surfing is slow
