Line reset please?
Speed has dropped to 1.05 after intermittent line noise. No point in contacting Openreach as we've had 14 engineers round over 18 months - the intermittent fault appears to be on the D-side line (E-side was changed) but there is never a problem whilst they are here. Profile has stayed at 3.78 but 21CN exchange has not rectified speed for 2 days now. Any chance of a line reset please - normal stable speed is around 4mbs
