Line reset please?

Following 2 days of noisy line (historic fault on D side - never fixed after 14 engineer visits!) Noise gone for now.  Speed has dropped to 2.39 although profile is still 3.75.  Exchange has not rectified this so could you do a reset please.

Hi Mike,
I've just put the reset through for you - please allow up to 4 hours for the changes to take effect.

I've updated your speed profile to as that was not aligned correctly, you should hopefully see the difference in 15 minutes or so.
