Re: Line reset - in training ? - is this normal behaviour

When you say Interleaving gone, do you mean the FEC errors have gone? In which case it could be DLM, remember the line is in training, but the CRC errors would increase as a consequence. Can you post the full stats?
Run the BTw tester & Check the BT IP Profile and your Current Line Speed.
@Townman  It's a 20CN connection.

Re: Line reset - in training ? - is this normal behaviour

I have just run another speedtest following an answer on my open ticket and, although the reported speeds achieved were a lot higher than this morning, the actual speeds (as I watched the download meter ) still went from 80 to 150, hovering around the 100 to 120 mark so things have not really improved at all.
Speed is now down to 2816, SNR has gone to 9, download power has dropped from 19+ to 18 and interleaving is not activated.
Attached jpgs show the results of the last test and below are the figures from DSLstats (gave up on RS as it kept conking out even after a complete re-install !!)

Re: Line reset - in training ? - is this normal behaviour

The GUI stats are more concise and give a better overview. You've got the standard 20CN 2Mbps startup profile by the looks of it. Ah sorry, that sync speed is a 2Mbps profile.
