Re: Line rental necessary for BB?

Be aware that if you discontinue service there will be a £30 broadband cease charge.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Be careful!

Your contract will only end after you have given notice to end the contract.

At the end of your existing contract you will be automatically moved onto a monthly rolling contract which will have it's own notice period (14 days if I recall.)

... and you will lose any discounts you had for the contracted period, so unless you enter a new contract it is likely your monthly fee will rise.

Re: Line rental necessary for BB?

Thanks for the warning.

My 12 month contract ends in the middle of next month, so I have to decide to either take on another 12 month contract for line rental and BB or to end my PN membership when the contract runs out without being charged a monthly fee.
