Hi there, We can't but allow me to explain why. We can only adjust a speed profile directly if for example a speed setting on our systems was out of line with that of BT's IP profile. Changes to an IP profile can only be done via something called an SNR reset, this isn't something we can do for you at present as we're seeing some disconnections which that really won't help with. So bear with us whilst we're looking into this for you and I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of the underlying issue.
