Line profile does not match BT's...

Hi,
Recently i noticed a big drop in line speed despite the fact my sync speed has remained near enough the same around 3000-3500 mark. I ran a speedtest and the results are as follows:
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
    Your DSL connection rate: 3552 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
    IP profile for your line is - 2500 kbps
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 130 kbps

As you can see the throughout is surprisingly low, i've also noticed that my plus.net profile is only 1.5 Mbps, could i get this matched with the 2.5Mpbs reported in the above speed test?
i have also attached a graph detailing my last 16 speed runs in mybroadbandspeed.co.uk
I was away for a while and my package has changed to the Unlimited one at the start of the month could this be part of the reason for the degradation in performance?

Throughput on the BT has been very poor of late and should be ignored.
Raise a ticket to ask PN to match your BT profile.
Unlimited won't affect your speedtests.

I assume Raising a Ticket is the same as running the Broadband fault checker? I have just completed a run of the fault checker. Thanks for quick reply btw.

You have probably had a low synch event that caused a drop in profile, seems to have picked up again now though.

Give me 5 minutes and then try a speedtest, you should see the throughput improve as I've matched our internal profile with the BT speedtest.
