Line keeps dropping

Hi,

My line appears to be up and down a bunch since the 29th. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on.

I had a question open (188485543) which closed auto-magically because I must have missed the notification that there had been a response.

My router is showing this in the log:

May 1 08:10:25 WAN Connection: Ethernet link down.
May 1 08:10:26 nat: apply redirect rules

Re: Line keeps dropping

Hi @Lostinza

Thanks for getting in touch - I can see that you did indeed have a fault raised last month which has now closed as your line at the time was relatively stable.

I've included a visual of your line over the last month here.

As you can see, the line remained stable throughout April until yesterday when the drops have started to reoccur. I've tested your line and no external faults are being detected, so it's probably worth getting your router into the test socket as per here and if that doesn't help, raising a new fault here.

Please let us know if you raise a new fault and we'll ensure that this is picked up for you.

Best wishes

Dave

Re: Line keeps dropping

Thanks for the quick response @RandallFlagg

The outage yesterday was a special treat from our local power provider, when they decided to work on the lines without notice and tripped the power a couple times.

I'll connect to the master socket tonight at some point.
