Line fault or DLM ?(inc HG612 router stats)

Hi, Having been on fibre for about 4 months can someone look at my stats and see if DLM will ever  increase the speed back. Since a powercut a couple of months back DLM put interleaving on and cut the speed by around 10meg on the download. my profile went from 78 to the current 68 bras i believe. I have trolled how to cut the potential errors and possible interference and purchased the tandy 0.5m twisted cat5e modem cable and changed my adslnation faceplace to an offical bt mk2 one, (the fibre engineer never changed it at install) and updated hg612 firrmware to the latest one.
sorry for the long post with all the HG612 stats
the max down rate originally was around 96000, and the line was synced at 80/20 for before the powercut.

I`m wondering if something has caused an error on my line, interleaving still on and not sure what RS and OHF are. FEC has gone up and CRC and ES`s have gone down on the download.
Syncing 10meg under the max rate looks suspicious to me, are overheads that large?
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
Thankyou, Ajmal

Re: Line fault or DLM ?(inc HG612 router stats)

Hi ajmalhome,
I've just made some checks for you including a line test which didn't flag up any obvious problems.
If there has been somekind of line fault that's since cleared itself DLM hopefully lead to some increase within a few days.
I'd urge you to let us know if this continues to be a downward trend though.

Re: Line fault or DLM ?(inc HG612 router stats)

Hi ajmalhome,
Just to add to Adam's comments;
I've just taken a look at your line and have attached the stats to this post. I've run a separate tests on the Copper side of things which has passed without any problems so don't worry about the voice side of things. The one thing we can't see unfortunately, is, how far you are along on the Caution Counter (explained here: http://community.plus.net/library/browsing/fttc-dlm-what-it-is-how-it-works/ ). From experience, it can take quite a long time for speeds to be restored (longer than we'd all like - something Openreach are aware of are looking into).
With regards to Interleaving, that will likely get switched off once your sync rate returns back to normal, but DLM will decide when this is and as I say, I can't tell how long that is or if your line errors during other parts of the day.
