The 2Mb figure is automatically assigned at the start of line training until the Exchange DLM assigns the correct one. The correct figure should then be mirrored by Plusnet, but sometimes things don't go to plan! With a bit of luck you should see that change as soon as it's done.
... next up, I think I'll wait for the retraining period to finish to make sure no other issue creep in then request the upstream be uncapped and switch off interleaving
