What does someone do when your line and broadband go down and customer support cuts you every time off because of high volume of calls?
Is there another means to register your fault?

I was on my computer and it just went down around 10ish. I’m in Huddersfield.

They had put a block on my account and disconnected me

I checked my account. Looks ok.
Update: my line was down so I went through the process of going through their troubleshooter for landline. Eventually it gives an option to check the line. The line check came back as an external and fault and it says the fault has now been logged and will take 1-3 days to fix.
So there is a way to log a fault. But you have to follow all the troubleshooter guides.
I hope this helps anyone else who experiences the same problem with their line.
Stay safe. Stay indoors
