This isn't a complaint, so please don't treat it as such
My router is reporting a line speed of 7676Kbps upstream and 448Kbps downstream, however my actual download and upload speeds are the same as they've always been (240KBps up, 30-ish KBps down).
As far as I know, I'm on a 2Mbps line with PlusNet. Have I been upgraded Ninja-style?
Also, do I need to change anything to take advantage of this faster speed, providing my router isn't lying?
Cheers!
Last time I used this forum was when it was running phpBB. A lot has changed!

Hi
got one of my colleagues to update the line speed internally for you as I lack the permissions to do this (poor me )
so your speed should be sorted now. sorry it was a lil problem you account
can you do a speed test after rebooting your router please

Are you sure?
Not confusing bits (b) and Bytes (B)?
If those numbers ARE correct in bits-per-second you have a big problem

Run a BT Speed Test to confirm your IP profile.
If it's set a 2meg it may take 3 or 4 days to adjust.

Just to add some relatively unexciting informatiom...
This forum changed to the be using the Community Site (and therefore SMF) roughly 18 months ago and your line will have been upgraded at some stage last year I would have thought
