Line Reset Please

Hi,
For the last few days I've been running with a new router; it has come to my attention that I've been using the wrong settings, and in the process I have reduced my normal 'speedy' 3-4mbps to 0.9mpbs WHOOPS! Could I please request to have my line reset so that I can get my speed back up now that I have corrected the settings problem?

I've reset it, but keep in mind we can't perform another reset for 10 days.
