Re: Line Profile wrong?

Hi there,
I've checked your profile and it's everything is currently set correctly.
I've checked your line speed estimates and it's showing your downstream at just over 51Mb/s, this was mentioned in ticket #65876152.I can see the information you were provided with in the ticket you've posted and I will follow that up as it looks like a mistake to me. You can check you line estimate here.
You should still be seeing higher speeds, as mentioned above, are you connecting wired or wireless?

Re: Line Profile wrong?

My connection is wired. every speed test from many different site are all on average 37-38.
Telephone Number 01142452590 on Exchange ECCLESFIELD is served by Cabinet 50
Available Products
WBC FTTC Up to 51.5 Up to 13.2 -- Available
WBC ADSL 2+ Up to 5.5 -- 4.5 to 9 Available
WBC ADSL 2+ Annex M Up to 5.5 Up to 1 4.5 to 9 Available
On another note, My number according to your records is not my number.
You installed a new line thus a new number (which works fine) the number showing is my old number.
Both numbers yield the same results of upto 51.5 despite an email from yourselves saying 81 and the 78 one.
