Re: Line Issues (was: Probably Not Router Problem)?

Hi Matt,
Yes, it has held for 47 hours so far without resynching, and even survived the SNR dropping to 2~3db yesterday evening.
Odd...

Re: Line Issues (was: Probably Not Router Problem)?

Spoke too soon...
Got home this afternoon to find that the sometime around 13:00 the router had resynched at 7.8MB.
I knew this was going to mean trouble later, and so it proved.
Around 19:30 things locked up again. Sure enough, the SNR was showing 0dB or that ridiculous 2 billion figure.
I rebooted the router, but resynch was still over 7MB and the problem returned shortly after.
I've had to reboot it again in the last few minutes to get anywhere. It has resynched at 6.5MB this time, but SNR is still oscillating between 0dB and 2 billion.
Is there anything I can do about this? Profile/BRAS reset? Anything?

Re: Line Issues (was: Probably Not Router Problem)?

I think the best bet would be to raise a fault to be honest, it looks like there's some kind of intermittent issue affecting the line:

If you run through the faults troubleshooter we'll get it investigated for you.
