This is the second time in 7 months my internet and phone have gone down. My TV works solely via the internet, I don't have an aerial, I also have a business to run, this is just getting stupid now. It took a week to fix it last time and looks like the same this time, it's been 4 days already since I reported it.
I would expect some kind of rebate for the inconvenience this is causing let alone the fact I'm paying for something I can't actually use!

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a further phone fault. I can see that my colleague has raised this for you here.
Having reviewed the fault I can see that the estimated response time for a resolution is today - I've checked to see if any updates have been provided at this stage, however, work is still ongoing.
As soon as the fault is resolved we'll be happy to look at the downtime and an appropriate gesture of goodwill.
