Re: Line Activation

Hi Graeme,
I've just checked your line and see sync at 19840 and profile of 17000. If you're not getting that throughput then I would check here for some tips. Also, were those tests done wired or wireless?

Re: Line Activation

Hey Jojo,
My Laptop is connected wireless at this point but from looking at the exchange where I live it says there is a current problem with the broadband and home phone, due to the recent traffic management platform problem and call processing.
Any ideas when this will be sorted?
Regards,
Graeme

Re: Line Activation

You need to run a speed test using a wired connection. The reason for the speed drop is very likely to be at your end.

Re: Line Activation

Hi gpavlovic,
The issue with the traffic management is now cleared and it wouldn't have affected you in that way. I would suggest you run a speed test with the ethernet. My own speed test results are much slower on my wireless too.
