I signed up with Plusnet a few weeks ago and paid my first payment, I was given a date of 17th Jan for line activation but the line is still not active. Is this normal procedure for Plusnet and has anyone else had this problem?
Hi there, Really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I can see the order was cancelled in error by our suppliers. I'm talking to our suppliers now to find out why this happened and to make sure it's avoided in future. EDIT: Just to say I've tried calling and left you a voice mail with some additional information.
