Ive had my router (hub zero)installed for 3 days now and I'm unable to get more than 12 devices connected via WiFi. I have to disconnect a device to add a new one. I had a look on the forums and can see that it's a known issue. Can you advise me what can be done to rectify the problem please

Change to another router. A BT Homehub 5 / Plusnet Hub One is a few £ on ebay, or Plusnet might send you a Hub One free or update the Hub Zero firmware.
