Limited Acess

Yesterday and today I had my connection showed Limited Acess it connects again very quickly I just wondered if this is one of these things that happen sometimes,I went into google about it and a lot was said about turning the router off 30 seconds.The other issue is I noticed in my adaptor settings that Local area settings has a cross against it also Wireless Network Connection 2 is also the same,are these settings correct.

Local area connection with a cross generally means its not connected by a ethernet cable, the wireless connection 2 with a X against it could mean you have 2 wireless adapters or have had a different brand of adapter connected previously.
