Limit on usage

Can somebody help me, I signed up for Plusnet Unlimited a while ago, I remember upgrading from Basic because I kept going over my usage. I have just received an email saying that I am close to my limit and that my broadband will be blocked.
I have logged into my account and see that I am close to 32GB. Do I now have a limit on my broadband, if so, why wasn't I notified of this change?

Re: Limit on usage

Err no, if you're on unlimited there are no caps or fup's.
I do over 32GB every month and have never had such an email...

Re: Limit on usage

It looks like you'd set a 'data transfer watch' price limit on your account, which really isn't relevant on an Unlimited account. I've removed the data transfer cap now for you so all should be well again.
