Level 3 issues?

I've been having really bad issues with Plus Nets Level 3 peering all day...
For example going through 213.19.196.170 hop I'm getting around 90% packet loss. It's making working pretty impossible.
Is there a peering issue or L3 issue going on? I'm not getting the same issues from other ISPs through L3

Can you post a full traceroute to your destination? Does the packetloss continue after the 213.19.196.170 hop?

Annoyingly it is of course fine now :-( No packet loss, should've grabbed a mtr at the time. But yes, was getting packet loss for the rest of the route after the first L3 hop, was going on for about 4 or 5 hours in the end.
Had this a month or so ago with Interoute as well, only with Plus Net. Spoke with their NOC and they had no issues on their side. Quite frustrating! Will keep an eye on things...

We cant verify it if we can't trace the IP address you did, so your thread still lacking that vital bit of information
