Getting some complaints from my youngsters about high latency when playing the League of Legends online game.
This only seems to be a problem between around 8pm and 9pm and happens most evenings.
Normal and high tracerts attached.
Is this likely to be down to congestion at some point in the route or maybe some other cause?

Hi there,
Unfortunately traceroutes aren't that helpful in showing at which stage a problem lies. For example if you look at the second one which shows the final time of 98ms which is less than what's shown on some of the previous hops so they're not to reliable for that purpose.
A pathping would be a much better way of helping identify this, you may find this helpful: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490964.aspx
