Latency issues and packet loss while playing games online.

Hi, I have had a few issues recently with my broadband, everything seemed to be sorted after I purchased the "pro addon package"
However since the last few days I am being kicked from games due to high pings but tests are showing up fine (most of the time) however I am getting packet loss and that would explain the "rubber banding" during games.
I ran several tests on the master socket and test socket.

The packet loss isn't as bad here as it has been, over the last few days I have seen packet loss of over 10%!

Where are you seeing the packet loss?    I suspect the pro addon isn't helping you and instead your seeing something intermittent.

When I am using the master socket packet loss is only showing up to 1-2% on the tests above, however last night I was seeing packet loss between 10% and even a number that the java test couldn't seem to understand and showed something like "-25443337" every online game in battlefield ended in "you have been kicked by admin, Reason: Ping to high"
I work as a server technician/admin and I understand networks very well. But the understanding of this "pro" package im not sure about - I know it prioritises heavy bandwidth such as online gaming and steaming but it doesn't seem to be working - I think there is lots of noise on my master socket between my flat and the exchange. (which is roughly 2.4 miles away)

If you are on Unlimited, you don't need Pro.  Are you in the master socket all the time?  TBH it sounds like you need your line checking for a fault.

Is completely useless? because I am on Unlimited... Am I just wasting my money paying for this too?

Remove it.  You can always add if back if you think it helps.
