Latency in World of Warcraft
For the last couple of days, I've been getting a lot of lag when playing WoW. Usually my latency is very low (around 25 ms) but it's been around 200+ms, occasionally getting much higher. It particularly seems to be an issue in the mornings, or at least, yesterday morning was awful, but it was fine in the afternoon. It's the same again this morning.
Blizzard provide a tool that runs pings and traceroutes to the sever concerned and I got the following results:

I'm the first to admit that my networking knowledge is very limited, but there seems to be a delay on hop 9, where the data moves from the PlusNet network to the BT network?
