Latency enquiry

After having the drop wire replaced I have a very stable connection.
However the ping has gone up from around 40 to over 50 would turning off interleaving improve this (if its on) or is there anything I could done to improve this

If you have interleaving enabled, it will have increased your latency.  If you were having line problems which have been fixed by the drop wire replacement, it is likely you'll have interleaving applied and it would be worth removing it to see how stable your line is now for it.

Just placed an order to remove it for you, I noticed you also had a capped upstream so have requested that's uncapped for you as well. It'll complete tomorrow morning for you, hope it improves things
