Latency been extremely high for the last week

Lights on the router continually flashing even when no PC or tablet is switched on, intermittent breaks in Broadband and online gaming impossible.
Can't see any service issues for my area - what is the best to get this checked?

I've run the speedtest and it seems to be OK?

Having said that, could it be affected by time of day?

Sorry Linn K, I've made a mistake..............
I meant to tick my phone line WASN'T noisy, instead I ticked it WAS noisy - now I can't report the fault.....................

Don't worry about it, I've moved Ticket: 82906067 into the relevant Faults Ticket Pool for further action by our Faults Team.
We would expect an update within 48-72 hours.

So it was investigated and told that my internet was working at expected speed.  However I'm still experiencing extreme lag spikes, and this weekend 22/23 March has been a nightmare.  3 drops of internet altogether on Sunday evening.

I've also noticed lag spikes since the broadband connection issues? I've not changed gateways or anything  Angry
