Hi,
I'm having really bad packet loss issues and high pings when using it:
It's pretty noticeable when playing Dota 2

Hi and welcome to the forums,
I've done some checks on the line for you and cannot find any obvious problems. How long have you been having problems for? Whilst this shouldn't make a difference, have you tried disconnecting from the internet and rebooting your router? I ask as you've had a healthy connection of late and a reboot might just help.
Tony

Hi,
Welcome to the forums.
Is the device reporting the high latency connected over wifi or Ethernet to the router?
A Think Broadband Quality Monitor (internet to router) would be a useful reference benchmark if you can set one up please.
