Lack of Internet Service from Sat 9th until Tues 12th March.

Having had a very good service (for us in the sticks) for a long time  ,Line 7616Kb down Noise around 7db Up 448Kb 23db etc., I was astonished to experience on Saturday extremely slow loading .Plus,net sites, very often timing-out before anything useful happened. I noted that my Line figures had dropped to 6144Kb 10db Down, Up unaltered. This situation  continued all day Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Today pm I find that normal service has returned as far as performance is concerned but my line figures have not returned to their original values. I changed nothing here and assume that BT or PN had been having trouble somewhere.
I have scanned a few topics today but do not find out whether others have suffered. It all looks a bit peculiar. Any views out there?

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had such poor service for the majority of the week.
I've taken a good look at your line and can see that your speeds suddenly dropped to 135K, this coincides with a large amount of drops on your line

I'm not 100% sure what's caused this but it seems to have cleared up now, really sorry about that. I've placed a line reset through which should push your speeds back to normal.

All seems to be back to normal so far. I have not checked the Belkin yet..been busy doing other things. There has been quite  lot of chat about drop-outs etc., I wondered if there was something lurking somewhere. I will keep an eye on the data and come back to you if it is needed. Be glad if you discover what went wrong, it was entirely unexpected and unwelcome. It was strange that the router did not reveal the drop in speed when I found the trouble.

Belkin shows a little improvement in down speed...6560Kb Atten 6db  (has been as low as 4db in recent past) Both of which are much better than they have been in past.
The batch of nausea last weekend look a bit out of the ordinary.
