Looking for some help with a Plusnet Hub 2. We have FTTC and live in an old sandstone house with 3 floors so use TP link wifi extenders on each floor. We also have ethernet cables to the top floor where our sons are serious gamers.
We have been having problems with the LAN connecting briefly then disconnecting.
I have switched off 5Ghz as we were unable to connect to the Router directly via wifi but managed to connect to the TP link extenders. All extenders and router use the same wifi password but different network names.
How do I work out why the LAN is disconnecting and how to resolve it.
Incidently I believe the firmware was updated whilst we were away and these problems started when returned from holiday yesterday (v0.10.00.04201-PN) - could this be related?
