Keep on getting random disconnects - Weymouth

For the last week I have been getting random disconnects through the day and evening and it is getting worse.
Typing this quickly before I get another.
Usually the modem reconnects ok, but sometimes need to reset it.
Tried a new microfilter, it had no effect.

Are you turning your router off when your not using it?
