Keep losing my broadband connection

Yesterday and now today about the same time 2.30 my internet light goes out and I get taken to the page where it says 'No connection' or words similar to that.  I have no idea why this is happening as everything has been ok since my last problem with the phone not working.  It doesn't stay off long but even so its not right.  Any ideas why this is happening.  Thanks.

Something appears to have started over the last 24 hours

Our testing isn't showing any issues on the line. I'd recommend going through our troubleshooter using the link below

Engineer came on time and took a while to sort it but he did a good job and I now get an even faster speed than before.  So thank you Plus Net.
