Just started migration to Plusnet got a request

So today I started the migration to Plusnet from Andrews and Arnold. I am on an ADSL Max product 20CN with sync speeds of 2-2.5MB. I wish to request that Interleaving be turned OFF as soon as my connection is activated. I have used Fastpath for the last 7 years with no problems - I am a gamer. Is this possible to do or do I need to request this after the line is activated.

it should transfer over like for like - the earliest you can request interleaving to be turned off is after it has transferred

Welcome aboard, I can see that your migration to us is set to complete on the 11th so feel free to give me a shout then and I'll get an order placed to remove interleaving.
