Just wondering if ADSL2+ is coming very very soon to plusNet, as Ive seen B.T Now offerings Upto 20mb.
First thought it was just their business packages but now see its their home packages too. Just wondering whats the estimate time we will be seeing this (next month, 3 months , etc? ) ,
Because im Sure traffic shaping is different, but how will it compare to Bt's traffic shaping and price.
They say on their site that usage is Unlimited (As always with FUP in effect) with P2P restrictions in place from 4pm - 12am Weekdays/ 9am - Midnight Weekends (Quite Harsh lol). PlusNets currently restricted P2P during 12pm-12am on my current package.
If anyone has any details about PlusNets upcoming plans/products would be appreciated. Thanks

We are currently trialling the service, which can be requested via http://trails.plus.net
Our triallists are currently seeing mixed success, with approximately two thirds seeing either the same or improved speed, however some have seen a decrease, which is generally dependant on the line length and the quality of the telephone line.
Once we have finalised our plans for a "live" version of a 21CN service, we'll announce it formally on here.

Yeh ive already requested that Just over 2 weeks ago thanks for informing me though 
. Guess im just waiting for the order to be placed as the reply I received Stated. I assume that the current Bt 20Mb Packages are on ADSL 2+ Products rather than 21CN ? Thanks in advance again

ADSL2+ is the WBC/WBMC product on 21CN WBC enabled exchanges.
We're waiting until we have automated ordering in place before we submit the rest of our trialists orders. We'll then be able to get them all done at once as the manual order process is extremely time consuming.
