Absolutely not, and we've also removed the Premium Rate support numbers too.
We've introduced geographic numbers, so for many people it's actually free to call us (if they have included or bundled minutes), plus, you get through to someone sat here in Sheffield rather than offshore.

I have been with PN for almost 5 years.
Very few issues and those that I did experience were sorted relatively quickly and courteously.

Just to echo what others here are saying - use the forum to sort most probs.  I've only had minor hiccups, and each time I've found someone else has already asked the question before me - a quick look through the forum and all is well again!

We dropped the Premium Rate number quite a long time ago and as Liam's said, the numbers are no longer available on our website.
The geographic number will also help a number of our customers save money when contacting us, as these are often/normally covered in call packages, especially with mobile phones.
