Just got fibre installed, but speeds slower than estimated?

Fibre install went without a hitch today, all working great but speeds are a little slower than estimated.
This is the fastest I could get after a few speed tests:

But my estimated speeds are 80/20, and on the BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test my IP Profile is 77.34/20.
Am I likely to see the speed go up during/after the 10 day stabilization period?

that is about as fast as anyone on FTTC is likely to get and is pretty impressive.

Your sync speed will be close to 80Mbps. The difference is due to protocol and real world overheads.
