Hello good people of Plusnet,
I'd like to see if I can stretch my upstream speeds a little further please!
I opened a ticket a few days ago but thought that I might as well pester the support team on the forum too

Your ticket was picked up earlier this morning so your uncap should be going through tomorrow.

So it's been just over a week since the uncap order was placed...
Just out of curiosity, any ideas why my order is taking a little longer to complete than most?

Its actually due to complete tomorrow.
The order was placed automatically with a 5-7 working day lead time so the bank holiday has obviously meant less working days over the past week.
