Hi I've just joined Plusnet and I seem to have a problem. When I tried to ring home they couldnt hear me even though I could hear them. This is the first time I've had Broadband so I don't know much about it yet. Phone works ok when I'm not on Internet. Any advice please.

Make sure all the phones etc are filtered
