Just Called 17070 and got this reply...Will it affect my new install

Hi Guys, I have just tried 17070 as I am having problems with my current supplier. We will be moving to PLUSNET FIBRE AND PHONE next week and the results for the quiet line test were "there is echo and a little noise on phone line". Will this be a problem for me or will the bt engineer sort this when he visits to fit the fibre modem? thanks

It's not really possible to say other than we'd like to say we hope so.
If it's an issue in the meantime I'd let your current provider know.

Hi Adam, Thanks for reply, I have let sky know and they say they have passed it on to relevant team and it will take between 7-10 days, which is pretty pointless to be honest as I move to PN next friday... Cheesy Cheesy
