It should be closed at least.
I assume that it isn't causing noisy lines? If so then they are probably not interested in repairing it.

The black box on the left hand side is covered Ok.
Bit at the back looks like a mounting frame to fit the curve of the pole...

Hi all,
It would be harder for us to broach with Openreach if unless there is any noticeable issues such as noise on the line. However we should still be able to raise a damage report with them.

I have just replaced the filter and if it doesn't solve the problem I will be raising a fault
