Joanne I'm back again

After a few weeks of , for here, reasonable speeds. Bad weather has again affected my line, driving snow and rain, high winds the usual. A lot of disconnections have dropped my IP profile down to 250kbps. I have had one of 750 for quite a while and am happy with that, but this weather thing is driving me nuts!
Should I raise a fault issue?
The line replacement doesn't seem to be due for some months yet (previous thread).
Any advice Jojo?

I'd always go down the fault route and at least you get the ball rolling.

I think I have managed to raise a fault issue, not sure because on the last page where it says click the button to report the issue it just came back to that after I clicked it. It didn't say it had been sent or anything.
