That 10AM blip would be when I tried to force 1000 mbp/s on the WAN port and had to reboot the router to regain connectivity. I was playing the Battlefield 6 beta at the time, the packet loss began so I opened up this thread, tried the suggestion, it lost connection so I rebooted it and continued playing BF 6.
