I am deeply grateful for your referral of the PPPoA/E problem have been having to LS on Tuesday, but you might want to take a look at the entry I have just made on the ticket (number 29501869).
Words fail me! My flabber is totally gasted! Shall we forget all about it?

Absolutely unacceptable that they knew what the fault was, and sent the same engineer who wasn't qualified to fix your problem.
Your fault was already escalated, but it looks like it's being escalated further.
Really sorry about this.

Thanks - Whilst it's extremely slow progress, it sounds like at least the engineer has accepted that there may be a configuration issue.

I've just called BT who have stated that the lift and shift was completed successfully yesterday.
Whilst I appreciate that your connection is not currently working, can I ask you to try connecting via PPPoA to see if you are able to connect that way?

Yep, I'm aware of the latest (Jonathan and Lee have both spoken to me this morning.
Lee is going to chase at half two.
Whilst I am concerned that the same engineer is visiting, I do believe that a separate task has been raised for an exchange engineer to do a lift and shift.

L&S now done!  phew...  time will tell though. I shall monitor things. Same guy as previous occasions. I sincerely hope someone else doesn't come along to repeat the L&S because things so far are ok on PPPoA.
